With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, Yasmin developed ValleCare Health to offer specialized services such as EKG screenings, health monitoring (vital signs), and light wound care, all delivered at home. These services are designed for patients who may struggle to travel to a hospital or urgent care facility due to health limitations or financial constraints.
Our mission is to make healthcare more affordable and convenient for patients and their families, without compromising on quality. The results of all services are sent directly to the patient's doctor, ensuring seamless communication and continuity of care between all parties.
